Formwork design and construction in a single operation! FormBau is a software program developed specially for formwork design. FormBau is based on Allplan. When you are in the process of designing and reinforcing precast elements, it only takes a few parameters to create the formwork for process planning and production as the formwork is automatically derived from a concrete element. A milling machine produces the formwork. Now, all that remains is to assemble it. A simple idea – perfectly put into practice! The CAD program Allplan is used to design, visualize and check the concrete element. Now you have already done a lot! The formwork program FormBau creates the formwork for the concrete element fully automatically. You can control this process by directly accessing individual areas, creating additional formwork and defining splices, miters or fixtures. Results are key plans and bills of materials; exploded drawings can be generated for checking. All that is done in no time at all. The data is transferred to the milling machine without loss of information. What are the benefits?
