Rauter - precast parts

High flexibility and productivity, assured through constant innovations, are the guidelines of Rauter Fertigteilbau GmbH.
Rauter mainly produces precast concrete parts and now also specialises in special precast parts. This means a great deal of manual work and know-how in concrete formwork.
The idea to automate the processes arose in respect of furniture production, where milling machines produce the parts precisely from planning.

 

For improving performance in the manufacturing of formwork elements for special concrete precast parts, Rauter has invested in a 5-axle milling machine.
In order to fully take advantage of the rationalisation potential of this investment, the consistent next step was to install a direct interface between execution planning and the manufacturing of formwork plans.

These measures have successfully proven themselves.
